D.A. Carson is Research Professor of New Testament at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield IL and president of The Gospel Coalition. He has written or edited about sixty other books, including the Pillar New Testament Commentary volume on the Gospel according to John, The Gagging of God: Christianity Confronts Pluralism, Becoming Conversant with the Emerging Church, the Intolerance of Tolerance, Christ and Culture Revisited, the long-popular New Testament Commentary Survey, and The Enduring Authority of the Christian Scriptures.
Robbie Mills and his wife Kelly and daughter Elise, moved to Dallas in the fall of 2016 to plant New City Fellowship, a cross-cultural church among refugees of North Texas. Their mutual love for global culture has led them to Mexico, Chile, Spain, Maui, Washington DC, St. Louis, Denver, and Boston. Their prayer in planting New City Fellowship is that God would unify the nations in the grace of Jesus Christ.
Joanne Colvin teaches a women’s Bible study and serves on the missions committee at Trinity Presbyterian Church, volunteers with the Rafiki Foundation, the Hill Country Pregnancy Care Center, and Morningside Ministries in Boerne. She served as a BSF International teaching leader in America, England, and Kenya. She was a missionary with Rafiki in five African countries for sixteen years, teaching the Bible and training teachers in Classical Christian Education.
