At Trinity, we value the nurture and training of children and assist families in helping children to know God and His Word through several ministries:
NURSERY
Trinity provides a nursery that is an environment of love, safety, and spiritual nurture for little ones. The nursery is for children from ages birth through 3 years old. Nursery available at 9:00 and 10:30 am services.
CHILDREN CLASSES - 9:00AM
PreK – God Loves Me! (Room 5)
The Bible is a story of God’s redeeming love! Our PreK children will hear this story loud and clear as we show and tell them about the love of Jesus. Children will also begin to learn a few catechism questions.
Kinder - 2nd Grade – Loving Jesus - 9:00am (Room 3)
We love because he first loved us! Through stories from the Gospels, children will learn about God’s good plan of salvation for his people and how we respond to his grace with love for him and others.
3rd - 5th Grade – Listening to Jesus- 9:00am (Room 6)
Who is Jesus? Jesus is the Savior, promised King, and Lord of everything. Studying the Gospels together, we will learn to listen to what Jesus teaches us about himself, the hope he offers, and how to follow him. Together we will grow in our love for Jesus as we listen to him.
All Kinder-Grade 5 will meet together in Room 6 each week for a brief time of or welcome, worship, and catechism at 9:00am before joining their age specific class. Parents can pick up their children in their assigned rooms at 10:00am.
TRINITY KIDS WORSHIP (Pre-K through 2nd Grade) - currently on a break
During the 10:30am service we have Trinity Kids Worship during the sermon. The goal of Kids Worship is to help our children understand and participate in what we do in the worship service. Children in Pre-K through 2nd Grade will have the option during the sermon to leave the sanctuary for Kids Worship. Kids will learn the different components of our liturgy at Trinity from the call to worship to the benediction and how they all bring glory to God. Children will return to their parents just before communion.
